Property taxes have two components: the assessment and the tax rate. Your assessment is a determination of your property’s fair market value. With over thirty years of experience, we manage the entire grievance process to reduce your assessment to the appropriate value. The local jurisdiction determines the tax rate based on their community budgets.

Our fees are flexible. For the majority of our property tax clients, our fee is a percentage of the property tax savings. In some circumstances, involving more complex cases, outside of a Small Claims Assessment Review, we agree to other fee structures tailored to your unique situation.
